It is very important for you to take care of your health and try to exercise at least twice a day especially when you wake up in the morning and before you go to bed.

 However, you should really take care of yourself as well as your health starting with eating right and making sure that you get plenty of rest and drinking lots of water.

Remember: Water will definitley save your life, especially if you're feeling dehydrated, because water will basically bring you back and leaving you feeling energized.

 With exercising and losing weight: They always have the one size fits all with clothing which is not an option for a heavy person, so keep your weight at a minimum, and when you wake up in the morning, if you want that energy boost in the morning, a cup of coffee might give you that good jolt but may not be the best solution to wake you up and keeping you awake all day.

Now some people may work their butts off to look good by exercising and working out and you should at least work out at the gym at least five days a week and most people put a lot of effort into toning up their upper body for that muscle.

 Ladies: It is extremely important to not let yourselves go and when you work out you must make sure that you eat well and cut down on your sugar intake, especially at night because you wouldn't want to wake up feeling hung over from all of that sugar, and you should eat good foods througout the day to regulate your blood sugar and energy level.

 On the subject of exercising again: If a person is very slim, they'll need to eat right and exercise in order to tone up their body and take vitamins on a daily basis. By doing this, you'll start seeing faster results, so therefore you need to match your workout to your personality. But, if you want great results, then you'll need to follow the regimen and routine. Try not to smoke because it could really drop pounds, leaving you feeling weak and your face lined up and aging you in a really bad way. But if you do smoke, you should at least cut down on your cigarette smoking because it can do some serious damage to your health and you should visit your doctor regularly and you should get the most out of your doctor's visit by telling him or her everything that's wrong with you and by being specific and you should always put yourself first.

With foods: You should always eat your vegetables at least once a week because it will protect your heart and it helps to prevent cancer and always take your viatmins on a daily basis. For the comfort food lover: You should eat whole grain pancakes with a side of fruit which is a great way to start the day. However, you should always include more fiber in your diet. they also have vitamins that are great for your skin, nails, and hair because they include Vitamins A, C,E, Zinc, and Omega-3 fatty acids.

 Although, you should never assume that you can take vitamins in place of eating these foods and always maintain a food plan. Although, health is everything, because it's all about you and what you eat. Now most people who eat natural foods without artificial preservatives is naturally healthier and quicker with better vision, better hearing,etc. and all the senses that we take for granted until we know we're lacking, so most likely, it's directly connected to your diet and diet doesn't mean something you do to lose weight. Diet is the composition of the nutriment and nutrients that your body receives by what you choose to eat, and in effect, we actually choose to be healthy, sick, strong or weak to burn out rapidly or to have stamina.

So, when it comes to health and fitness: we truly are what we eat!

Important if you ever had to flight or run to protect yourself, certainly, but also useful in catching flying silverware before it lands in your lop or on the rug.

BODY AWARENESS ::

Body awareness is the culmination of developing all the above traits.It means what it sounds like, that your mind is aware of what your body is doing and can direct it. This may seem like something that everyone already does, but it is just not so. People who say they have two left feet when they dance are complaining about lack of body awareness. When we marvel at someone's ability to learn any physical activity quickly we might say "they are so athletic " when what we mean is that they have a great sense of body awareness. Body awareness, once learned, will not be forgotten. So even if you quite exercising and put on 50 pounds, you may be out of shape, but your body awareness will remain and if you decide to suddenly take a tango class people will still marvel at how quickly you are able to learn and perform the moves.

One program that could make the person have great abs and lose weight is called the Abs diet. Mr. David Zinczenko, author of the book "The Abs Diet Eat Right Every Time Guide", is the person who designed the abs diet. Thos who want to try this should commit to the program over a 6-week period. After which the individual will see a dramatic change such as flatter abs and weight loss.

This dietary plan was initially designed for men but some women have also tried it and have reported to show positive results. Studies have shown that a pound of muscle gained helps the person burn more than 50 calories per day. So, if after extensive work in the gym the individual is able to develop 10 pounds of muscle, this translates to burning 500 calories daily.

People who follow the program consistently are able to lose twelve pounds in the first two weeks with about five to eight in the succeeding weeks. Everybody normally eats three square meals a day. This diet program involves eating small servings six times a week. The food consists of eggs, whole grain cereals or bread, poultry, lean meat, low fat dairy products and certain fruits.

Aside from only eating those in the list, the person will also have to endure a 20-minute workout three times a week that is designed to help in the fat burning process. The abs diet is fairly new compared to other programs that have been around for more than 10 years. The abs diet is available in the bookstore or in the Internet. It is best to read up on it and do some research so the person will be able to understand what will happen should the individual decide to try it out.

Dieting doesn't always mean giving on some of those favorite meals but simply cutting down on some and getting the much needed energy for the body from something else. A good example is the Atkins' diet. This type of program focuses on taking in less carbohydrates and more of proteins.

There are more than five diet programs that focus on less carbs. The reason is because one carbohydrate focuses on four water molecules. People that are able to stick to the plan are capable of losing more than 10 pounds in less than a month's time.

Why can't the person just give up eating foods that contain carbohydrates? This is because people need this source of energy for brain activity and muscle function. A good way to maintain a good amount in the system is to eat food such as whole wheat or gain and staying away from products such as pasta, bread or rice that are color white. Brown bread or red rice can be consumed.

The best way to maintain this is by making sure that carbohydrate intake should not exceed 65% in the food being eaten.

Fat is also something that the individual has to watch out for since this also contributes to weight gain. One way to maintain it will be to make sure that the person only consumes 30% calorie intake from these products. A few examples of these are non-fat milk, nuts, vegetables, fruits and other fat free products available in the grocery store.

Eating less will reduce the calories. Now, in order to burn the existing ones causing flabs to appear in the body, the person has to exercise. Cardiovascular exercises such as swimming, running, aerobics and cycling are some of the best ways to lose weight. This is because the individual will use muscle glycogen and fatty acids as an energy source through out the entire exercise.

The American Council for Sports Medicine believe that a cardiovascular workout should last for a minimum of 20 minutes and done at least three times a week. In order to lose weight, the individual should at least do it for half an hour for five days weekly.

If these healthier items are the only snacks in the house, your children may complain about them but they will eventually eat them.

Fast food restaurants are also an easy place for your children to eat food that contains too much fat and calories. These businesses have acknowledged the problem of childhood obesity and many now offer healthy alternatives to their regular menu. So instead of French fries, you can purchase your child a fruit treat or flavored yogurt. While the child may still want the French fries, you need just to remember that you are the parent and you should stand firm on any decisions that you make dealing with your child's fast food choices.

Until a few years ago, schools were also guilty of serving children fattening foods. Many school vending machines included everything from candy to corn chips. While many schools have replaced these vending machine items with healthier snacks such as peanuts and low fat potato chips, some others have not. You may want to check with your child's school to determine what kind of foods that your child can purchase. If your school still carries the traditional snacks, you may be able to discuss the matter with the school administrator to have these unhealthy food items replaced. Most schools are more than happy to comply with this request.

Another factor that causes childhood obesity is the lack of exercise. With the invention of home video games, some children never get off the couch for hours at a time. You should try to limit the amount of time that your child is allowed to play these games. If he argues about it, just remove the games completely until he has agreed to your terms. In the spare time that the child now has, encourage him to go outside and get some fresh air and exercise.

The best way to teach your children good eating and exercising habits is by example. You need to be willing to eat healthier yourself and in reality most of us could use more exercise. If your child sees that you are eating those vegetables and that you are exercising every day, he may be encouraged to join you.

Eating right and getting enough exercise is all a matter of choice. Making wiser choices now will ensure that you and your children will be healthier and happier
